They send troubleshooters when the total hours reported drop or when contributions start to fall off. Looks like the brothers with consistent meeting attendance in your congo aren't picking up the slack left by the "weak" dubs... your congo COBE must be shitting his pants by now...

I was told about 2 years ago that the new "unwritten" JC procedure for this scenario is something like...
1) Hit the parent(s) hard with guilt-inducing Bible texts to make them realize the import of their error.
2) If the parent(s) start to cry and/or express deep remorse, a private reproof will be sufficient. In the rare occasion that no remorse is evident, please contact th Legal Department for direction.
If i recall correctly, this was to be hand-written in one of the wide margins of the secret elder's manual (Shepherding the Flock) while attending one of the elder schools... bur I could be wrong

" what is the common thread of all these photos, head out to the site and see if you find anything funny.
my funny bone is not working, might be for you?

The one about the pioneer stroll is interesting... basically, they're subconsciously admitting to themselves that there really is no "sense or urgency" amongst the rank and file...
But you're right... This humor is extremely painful...

Truthful Understanding of the Scriptures? Now I've heard it all...
As opposed to "untruthful understanding" of the Scriptures? WTF does that even mean... These guys are such poor wordsmiths... they're not even trying to be creative with their BS anymore...

Wha happened... did you also notice the other "weasel" phrase? "as was the custom in that part of the world". So not only do these clowns in Brooklyn pretend to be proficient in the ancient Greek language, they would also like people to believe that they're anthropology professors as well. They really do make shit up as they go along, don't they?

Firstly, thanks to Atlantis for the answer sheet he just provided...
Can you believe the unmitigated gall of the WT in providing this answer to question 3? :
3. What did Paul mean when he wrote that women should “keep silent in the congregations”? (1 Cor. 14:34) [Sept. 9, w12 9/1 p. 9, box] Paul advised not only women but all who had the gift of tongues and prophecy to “keep silent” when another believer was speaking. (1 Cor. 14:27-30, 33) Likely some Christian women were so enthusiastic about their newfound faith that they interrupted the speaker to ask questions, as was the custom in that part of the world. To avoid such disorder, Paul encouraged them to “question their own husbands at home.” (1 Cor. 14:35)

Watchtower's Billion Dollars of Property Cannot Be Sold until Outcome of Conti Appeal
by Dogpatch in30 minutes ago i just got off the phone with some important players in this case, and some things were relayed to me concerning a lot of details of the outcome of the last two days of court.
i am passing this on.
cynthia hampton, one of the main players in the candace conti case (and a close friend of 28 years), just informed me of a further, far more powerful move by the state of california against the watch tower bible and tract society of new york, inc.. by order of the superior court of the state of california - county of alameda (see documents below), until the watch tower's appeal, which won't begin until august 13th and will take up to two years to settle due to due process of law, has forbidden the watch tower to sell any more of its $1 billion in assets in the borough of brooklyn until the appeals case is finished, to assure they won't shelter their monies in the light of this most huge and devastating sexual abuse scandal ever to hit the watch tower society, and perhaps any other single-victim lawsuit.

This was over 6 years ago... the next Kingdom News (KN 38) won't be out until November of this year. It takes them that long to write such a small periodical? I don't get it...

Society tells us to stop asking questions...
by cedars ini was just glancing at the back of the october 15th watchtower and the questions from readers.
the question under discussion is "what should i do when i have a question about something i read in the bible or when i need advice about a personal problem?".
the article goes on to discuss how we should consult the watch tower publications index among the many 'tools' that have been provided by the faithful and discreet slave whenever we have a question that is not directly discussed in the publications.. one statement really caught my eye, because it's the first time i've ever seen the society actually dissuade people from writing in with questions.

Now that they've finally found a way to squelch most questions, they can say whatever they want about 1914, 1918 and who really is the FDS.
Basically, if they put ink on paper, dubs are to simply accept it no matter how senseless and bizarre...
